ServeCo™ North America, with 34 years of experience in home and furniture care, introduces ServeCare™—a comprehensive line of sanitization products. Our core mission focuses on developing alternatives to traditional alcohol-based products, addressing common issues like skin/surface damage, flammability, scarcity, and limited effectiveness. Through our chemical partners, we utilize benzalkonium chloride, an FDA-approved sanitizing agent, as our primary active ingredient.

Product Features

Our product line includes foam-based skin sanitizers for maximum yield and gel formulations that outperform alcohol-based alternatives while being gentler on skin. The furniture care products feature carefully balanced pH levels and specialized non-active ingredients to ensure effective sanitization without surface damage. All products are available in 1 gallon (1.38L), 5 gallon (18.9L), or 275 gallon (1041L) tote sizes.

Supply Chain Management

In response to global supply chain challenges, particularly polypropylene scarcity affecting bottle availability, ServeCo leverages its seven global offices to secure dispensing options. Current market conditions necessitate modified payment terms, often requiring prepayment. Customers should anticipate potential supply limitations and price fluctuations, with regular pricing updates to reflect market changes. We remain committed to creating and maintaining safe, comfortable environments despite these challenges.

Additionally we have mattress cleaner, fabric & carpet cleaner, leather & vinyl cleaner, wood & hard surface cleaner that are third party tested and have benzalkonium chloride as the active ingredient.
