    Responsibilities:

    • Review service requests to determine service, triage, and proactively determine parts needed for repair
    • Inspect and evaluate furniture areas, report work required, receive approval for repairs, and repair all approved work
    • Investigate and solve customer problems

     


    Skills and Attributes:

    • Able to communicate well with customers to service and repair items
    • Ability to work independently
    • Inspect and evaluate repairs needed from reports and photographs
    • Organize and manage time independently
    • Experienced in Wood repairs including burn-ins & wood graining
    • Experienced in Leather repairs including scuffs, holes, and tears
    • Experienced in Upholstery repairs including structural/mechanism replacements
    • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to train customer service reps on triaging furniture issues

     


    Requirements:

    Cheerful and enthusiastic Sales Associate needed for our Cartersville office.


    Job Description:

    Sales Associates should be detailed and service-oriented workers. You will manage incoming purchase orders and new sales opportunities through telephone and email requests; obtain a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements; provide product recommendations, pricing, and availability; acquire in-depth product knowledge; work with outside sales representatives and address and follow-up on client inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


    Duties Include:

    • Answer direct phone calls
    • Process Client orders in QuickBooks
    • Microsoft Excel knowledge
    • Contact Clients for future orders
    • Update, maintain, or access client accounts, transactions, or documents
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork has been received by the client and is processed properly
    • Access accounts to provide clients with updates or information regarding their latest transactions.

ServeCo is seeking energetic and passionate individuals eager to help our clients and their customers daily by providing superior customer service and dispatching technicians to their home or business to repair their furniture. Customer service and/or call center experience is a PLUS, however training is available to ensure your success.

    Hours

    8 hour shift

    40-hour work week

    Flexibility of hours is required

    Schedule varies between the hours of 8am and 6pm weekdays plus a rotating 10am to 2pm Saturday shift. Closed Sunday’s.

    Job Responsibilities

    ‍Perform typical call center duties including answering inbound customer service calls related to furniture warranty service. Entering customer and product data into an online portal, troubleshooting and diagnosing furniture repair often related to motion furniture such as adjustable bed frames and recliners. General daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Answer direct phone calls as well as performing outbound follow up phone calls to customers
    • Process consumer claims within ServeCo’s software
    • Ensure all necessary paperwork has been received by the consumer and is processed properly
    • Access claims to provide clients with updates or information regarding their latest information
    • Use patience and empathy to relate to customer concerns


    Qualifications

    • EXTREMELY detailed oriented and customer service focused.
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel
    • Typing: No less than 35-40 WPM


    Education

    High School diploma or equivalent



    Language Skills

    ‍Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.



    Mathematical Skills

    ‍Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.



    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out, decipher and record written and oral information. Ability to deal with problems involving semi-complex situations with troubleshooting or diagnosing problems over the phone.



    Physical Demands

    Ability to remain seated on in a sitting position for extended periods of time.
